This tester can only take 240 to 600 volts only.

Type of plier use for cutting, tapping, splicing small cables and for holding wires to be joined and it comes in a number of sizes. 6-8 inch size is used for looping wire around screw terminals. (I use it with a Lineman’s Plier to joint, splice, and to tap wires.)
